Natalie Therse did a post just like this one-go check it out HERE and HERE-but I wanted to do it from McKenna’s perspective. My Miss Brooks will talk all about Miss Blaire, so buckle up! Also, NONE of the photos in this post are mine.
In January of 2018, AG copyrighted the name ‘Blaire Wilson’. Many people wondered why, was it a new Beforever? As of recently, we found out the truth. Blaire Wilson is none other then the new GOTY of 2019!
I think this is someone playing on the CYO thingiemajigger, her eyes are too hazel.

Wow. Just wow.
(Note from Faye: I WANT HER SO MUCH NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!)
So, since I’m a doll myself, I have a unique perspective. She is a sister, not a doll to me.
Her cover shows Blaire holding a…duck? Or is it a lamb? I think it’s a duck. Her tagline is…“Blaire is helping to plan a wedding at her family’s farm and inn, but it’s a lot to handle!”
Natalie pointed out that she looked a great deal like TM #61, so here’s 61. I think they’re face molds are different, I may be wrong, though. I wish the photo wasn’t so blurry.
First of all, A FARM GIRL? I love this! We could totally get along and gang up on Mary! I mean, uh, I’m sure we would be good friends…Faye has friends who run a motel, (out of intrest of privacy, their names/motel will not be told). She has a lamb and a…
I’m not quite sure what this is. A piglet, perhaps? It kinda looks like a calf…or a spotted unicorn…curse this blurriness!
Blaire’s wedding party planning may be the lead for an LGTBQ turn, after all, American Girl has done A Girl Named Hillary, this may be a, exuse my terminology, turn for the dark side. But, as Natalie and Faye were discussing, American Girl has a largely conservative Christian base. The second book in the girl named series was A Girl Named Rosa, about Rosa Parks, so perhaps there is still hope.
I could do a part two and review the outfits and such, but this is good enough for now.
